Who we are
Strada builds road-reporting cameras for city fleets. This policy covers the website at stradacity.com. You can reach us at contact@stradacity.com.
What we collect
When you apply for a pilot, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, city or organization, role, organization type, fleet size, and any optional answer you add. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to run and protect the site. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about Strada and a possible pilot. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, so there's no cookie banner. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page first.
Who handles it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, an email delivery service. Our email is hosted by our email provider. These services process your details only to deliver and store our messages.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we're talking about a pilot, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing contact@stradacity.com. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we extend them to everyone.
Camera footage
This policy covers the website only. Footage recorded by Strada cameras on a customer's vehicles is governed by that customer's agreement with Strada. It belongs to the customer and is never sold or used for enforcement.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. See also our terms of use.
